Since launching TouchPoll in 2005, Lanie has brought a fresh, hands-on approach to capturing survey data, partnering with trade organizations, municipalities, festivals, events, and tourism boards. She is passionate about helping organizations discover what their customers really think so they can create meaningful, memorable experiences for the people they serve.

Known for blending creativity, curiosity, and genuine care for people, Lanie loves asking the right questions and turning feedback into clear, practical insights that support sponsorships, partnerships, grant applications, improvements, and stronger community engagement.

From designing custom surveys to training teams and presenting findings to boards and city leaders, she brings warmth, clarity, and a collaborative spirit to every project.

Before launching TouchPoll in 2005, Lanie built a successful career in media and advertising with Clear Channel Communications (now iHeartMedia), WGBH-TV Boston, BizBash Florida, and other leading organizations, earning top sales awards and building strong client relationships along the way.

Lanie also serves as a longtime board member and past president of the Miami Festivals & Events Association, as well as a past board member and current committee member of the Florida Festivals & Events Association.
